A new town service provided for the Council on Aging and the Marblehead Rotary, that will make local seniors safer, is finally up and running after two years of working out some technical kinks.
The "R U OK" system, which was purchased through funding by the Friends of the COA and the Marblehead Rotary Club, partners with the police department to make daily calls to homebound seniors.
